This Fourth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of August 6, 2015 (the “Fourth Supplemental Indenture”), among J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arkansas (the “Company,” which term includes any successor Person under the Indenture hereinafter referred to), J.B.
