THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 24th day of March, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between PARK STERLING CORPORATION, a North Carolina corporation (the “Company”), PARK STERLING BANK, a state bank organized and existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina (the “Bank”), and Donald K. Truslow (the “Executive”).
