This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 30th day of March 2016, by and between Celsion Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Michael H. Tardugno, an individual (the “Executive”), and amends the employment agreement (the “Existing Agreement”) between the Company and the Executive dated December 5, 2014 (the “ Effective Date”).
