Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of May 13, 2016, is by and among Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc., a Marshall Islands corporation (including any of its successors by merger, acquisition, reorganization, conversion or otherwise, the “Company”), and the Persons set forth on Schedule I hereto.
