This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of October 28, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Interpace Diagnostics Group, Inc. (together with Interpace Diagnostics, LLC and Interpace Diagnostics Corporation, the “Company”), having its principal place of business at 300 Interpace Parkway, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054, and Jack E.
