This SEPARATION AND MUTUAL RELEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement” or “Release”) is entered into this 17th day of November, 2016 (the “Separation Date”), by and between Liquidmetal Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) and Thomas Steipp (“Steipp”), (each a “Party” or collectively the “Parties”).
