This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 21, 2017 (“Execution Date”), between Bank of Commerce Holdings (the “Company”) and Redding Bank of Commerce (the “Bank,” and together with the Company referred to as “Employer”), and Robert H. Muttera (hereinafter referred to as “Executive”). This Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all previous employment agreements between the parties.
