THIS AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this "Amendment") is entered into as of March 28, 2017, by and between NATURAL ALTERNATIVES INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Borrower"), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ("Bank").
