THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 11th day of May, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between GulfMark Offshore, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Quintin V. Kneen (the “Executive”).
