This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 29, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and among John H. Holcomb, III (“Executive”), NATIONAL COMMERCE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“NCC”), and NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE, a national banking association (“NBC”). NCC and NBC are collectively referred to herein as the “Bank.”
