This SUPPORT AGREEMENT (as may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, including any schedules or annexes hereto, this “Agreement”), dated as of December 28, 2017, is entered into by and among Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Hovnanian”), K. Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., a California corporation (“Issuer”), K.
