THIS AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO WARRANT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of December 29, 2017, is made by and between Hickok Incorporated, an Ohio corporation (“Hickok”), and Roundball LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Roundball”).
