THIS MUTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of the 22nd day of December, 2017, but effective as of March 31, 2017 is by and between RAMACO DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its parent, Ramaco Resources, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, “Development”), and RAMACO COAL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, “Coal”) Each of Coal and Development may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
