This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of October 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Navidea”) and Jed A Latkin (the “Executive”).
