THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the 2nd day of August 2019 by and between Standex International Corporation, a Delaware corporation with executive offices located at 11 Keewaydin Drive, Salem, New Hampshire 03079 (the “Employer”) and, Ademir Sarcevic, an individual residing at 200 Boyden Avenue, #379, Maplewood, NJ 07040, (the “Employee”).
