AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of November 4, 2019 (as it may be amended or modified from time to time, this "Agreement") among each of the entities set forth on Schedule 1.1(a) (collectively referred to as the "Working Capital Borrowers"), each of the entities set forth on Schedule 1.1(b) (collectively referred to as the "Real Estate Borrowers"; the Working Capital Borrowers, together with the Real Estate Borrowers, collectively referred to as the "Borrowers" and each individually a "Borrower"), the other Loan Parties party hereto, the Lenders party hereto, and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
