THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 4th day of February 2020, by and between BUTLER NATIONAL CORPORATION, a Kansas corporation of Olathe, Kansas ('Employer"), and Clark D. Stewart of Olathe, Kansas ("Employee").
