This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 1, 2020 (“Execution Date”), between Bank of Commerce Holdings (the “Company”) and Merchants Bank of Commerce (the “Bank,” and together with the Company referred to as “Employer”), and Carl W. Rood (hereinafter referred to as “Executive”). This Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all previous employment agreements between the parties.
