THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 28, 2020, is made and entered into by and between NATIONAL RESEARCH CORPORATION, a Wisconsin corporation (“Borrower”), and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, a national banking association (“Lender”).
