THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AGREEMENT (“Loan Agreement” or “Agreement”) is made this 12th day of August, 2020, by and among P.A.M. TRANSPORT, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Arkansas, whose chief executive office and principal place of business is located at 297 W. Henri de Tonti Boulevard, P.O. Box 188, Tontitown, Arkansas 72770 (hereinafter called the “Borrower”), FIRST HORIZON BANK, a Tennessee banking corporation, successor-by-conversion to First Tennessee Bank National Association, with its principal place of business at 165 Madison Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38103 (hereinafter called the “Bank”), and P.A.M. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation whose chief executive office and principal place of business is located at 297 W. Henri de Tonti Boulevard, P.O. Box 188, Tontitown, Arkansas 72770 (hereinafter called the “Term Loan Borrower” or “Guarantor”, in each case interchangeable).
