Verisk Analytics, Inc. ("Verisk") (the “Company”) and Kenneth E. Thompson (the “Employee”) (the Company and Employee, collectively, the “Parties”) hereby enter into this Restated Transition and Separation Agreement and General Release (the “Agreement”), effective as of the eighth (8th) calendar day following execution of the Agreement by Employee, provided that Employee has not revoked the Agreement prior to such date (the “Effective Date”).
