This Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of April 2, 2021, by and between CEN Biotech, Inc. (the “Company”), and Ameen Ferris (the “Executive”) and effective as of April 2, 2021 (the “Effective Date”). The parties believe it to be in their best interest to document the terms of the Executive's employment with the Company as follows:
