This Employment Agreement is effective as of July 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Salt Blockchain Inc. (“Salt” or the “Company”) and Dustin Hull (the “Employee”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ the Employee and the Employee agrees to be employed by the Company upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
