THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of November 2021, by and between DYADIC INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 140 Intracoastal Pointe Drive, Suite 404, Jupiter, Florida 33477 (the “Company”), and JOSEPH HAZELTON (“Employee”) (the Company and Employee are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the “parties” and individually as a “party.” Certain capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Article VII hereof).
