This Sublicense Agreement (the "Agreement") is made as of June 15, 2021, by and between iShares Delaware Trust Sponsor LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“iDTS”) and The Bank of New York Mellon (f/k/a The Bank of New York), a banking corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, acting in its capacity as trustee (the "Trustee") of the iShares® Gold Trust Micro, a trust organized under the laws of the State of New York (the "Trust").
