This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED FORBEARANCE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated as of February 28, 2022 (the “Execution Date”), and is entered into by and between Twin Disc, Incorporated, a Wisconsin corporation (“Borrower”), and BMO Harris Bank N.A., a national banking association (“Bank”).
