This Fuel Sales Agreement (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of March 18, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) and is made by and between Gevo, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”) and British Airways plc, a UK registered public limited company with corporate offices located at Waterside, PO BOX 365, Harmondsworth, UB7 0GB, United Kingdom (“Buyer”). Each of Seller and Buyer is referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively are referred to herein as the “Parties.” Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the General Terms and Conditions (as defined in Section 1.1 below).
