This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 18th day of January, 2022, by and among NSTS Bancorp, Inc., a Delaware corporation and sole shareholder of the Bank (“NSTS”), North Shore Trust and Savings, a federally chartered stock savings association (“Bank”) (NSTS and the Bank are sometimes referred to collectively as the “Employer”), and Stephen G.
