This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 7, 2022, by and among RCM Technologies (USA), Inc., a New Jersey corporation (“Buyer”), TalentHerder LLC, a California limited liability company (“Seller”), and Christopher G.
