THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 5, 2023, by and among SPIRE MISSOURI INC., a Missouri corporation (the “Borrower”), the Banks from time to time party hereto, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as the Administrative Agent for the Banks, REGIONS BANK and TD BANK, N.A., as Co-Syndication Agents, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Documentation Agent and BANK OF MONTREAL, and COMMERCE BANK, as Managing Agents.
