This FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE (this “Amendment”) is made as of October 31, 2022, by and between SORRENTO WEST PROPERTIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Lessor”), and RF INDUSTRIES, LTD., a Nevada corporation (“Lessee”).
