This Securities Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of March 9, 2023, by and among Republic First Bancorp, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Company”), and each purchaser (including any Additional Purchaser (as defined below)) identified on the signature pages hereto (each, including its successors and assigns, a “Purchaser” and collectively, the “Purchasers”).
