This RESTRICTED SHARE UNIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 22nd day of March, 2023 (the “Grant Date”), between HealthStream, Inc., a Tennessee corporation (together with its Subsidiaries and Affiliates, the “Company”), and [NAME] (the “Grantee”).
