THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO REVOLVING CREDIT, TERM LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into March 16, 2023 by and among INTEGRATED BIOPHARMA, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Integrated”), MANHATTAN DRUG COMPANY, INC.
