This Fourth Amendment To Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (this “Fourth Amendment”) is executed as of September 11, 2023 but effective for all purposes as of September 1, 2023, by and among Escalade, Incorporated, and Indian Industries, Inc., as Borrowers, the other Loan Parties party hereto, the Lenders party hereto, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
