THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER is made and entered into as of November 15, 2023 (this “Agreement”), by and among WAVEDANCER, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), FFN MERGER SUB, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Merger Sub”) and FIREFLY NEUROSCIENCES INC., a Delaware corporation (“Company”).
