THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of December 22, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and among RUSH ENTERPRISES, INC., a Texas corporation (“Holdings”), each of the Borrowers party hereto (the “Borrowers”), each of the Lenders party hereto and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent for the Lenders (the “Administrative Agent”).
