THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by MACATAWA BANK CORPORATION, a Michigan corporation (the “Corporation”), and BRYAN L. BARKER (“Executive”) as of November 1, 2023. Any reference to the Corporation shall jointly include the Bank and any Affiliate, each as defined below.
