THIS NINTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of May 30, 2024, by and between LINK MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, a national banking association (“Lender”).

THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of August 12, 2019, is made and entered into by and between LINK MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, a national banking association (“Lender”). All capitalized terms used herein and defined in Section 11 are used herein as therein defined.
