THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of August 12, 2019, is made and entered into by and between LINK MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, a national banking association (“Lender”).
