This CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 26, 2024, is entered into between IMAGE SOLUTIONS, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Borrower 1”), STEEL BRIDGE ACQUISITION LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower 2”, and, together with Borrower 1, individually and collectively, “Borrower”), and AVIDBANK, a California banking corporation (“Bank”).
