Empower Retirement, LLC, in its capacity as a Provider, establishes this Defined Contribution Pre-Approved Plan (as provided in Rev. 2017-41) intended to conform to and qualify under §401 and §501 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. An Employer establishes a Plan under this Pre-approved Plan and becomes an adopting employer thereof by executing an Adoption Agreement.
