This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), entered into as of December 1, 2024, is made by and between Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with any successor thereto, the “Company”) and Frederick Goldberg (“Executive”) (collectively Executive and the Company are referred to herein as the “Parties”).
