THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is effective as of the last date signed by the parties hereto (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between Retrophin, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter the “Company”), and Peter Heerma (hereinafter “Executive”).
