FOR VALUE RECEIVED, INLAND DIVERSIFIED KISSIMMEE PLEASANT HILL, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 2901 Butterfield Road, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523 (hereinafter referred to as "Maker"), promises to pay to the order of JOHN HANCOCK LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (U.S.A.)
