THIS GUARANTY AGREEMENT (this “Guaranty”) is executed as of September 1, 2010, by INLAND DIVERSIFIED REAL ESTATE TRUST, INC., a Maryland corporation, having an address at 2901 Butterfield Road, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523 (“Guarantor”), for the benefit of JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., a banking association chartered under the laws of the United States of America, having an address at 383 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10179 (“Lender”).
