MongoDB, Inc. (the “Company”) is delighted to confirm our employment offer for the position of Chief Technology Officer to be based in Washington State, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. If you accept our offer, the terms and conditions set forth in this offer letter agreement (the “Agreement”) will become effective as of July 20, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), and you agree to resign as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective as of such date.
