(the “Company”) as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer pursuant to the terms of an amended and restated offer letter from the Company dated September 29, 2017 (the “Offer Letter”). As discussed, you and the Company hereby agree to further amend and restate the Offer Letter. The terms and conditions set forth in this offer letter agreement (the “Agreement”) will become effective as of the effective date of the date hereof and will supersede and replace the terms and conditions set forth in the Offer Letter.
