COLGATE-PALMOLIVE COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the banks and other financial institutions (the “Banks”) listed on the signature pages hereof, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., as arranger, HSBC Bank USA, National Association and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as co-syndication agents, and Citibank, N.A.
