As used in this Agreement, except as otherwise defined herein or unless the context may clearly require to the contrary, all capitalized words and phrases shall have the meaning attributed to them in that certain Credit Agreement of even date herewith between ARHC MNPERIL001, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Borrower"), and Bank (as the same may be amended or modified from time to time, the "Credit Agreement").
