THIS AMENDED and RESTATED LARGE GENERATOR INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT (“LGIA”) is made and entered into this 6th day of August, 2013, by and between Interstate Power and Light Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Iowa (“Interconnection Customer” with Large Generating Facilities), and ITC Midwest LLC, a limited liability corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Michigan (“Transmission Owner”), and the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc., a non-profit, non-stock corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Transmission Provider”). Interconnection Customer, Transmission Owner, and Transmission Provider each may be referred to as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties.”
